PGDM Admission 2013-15

Eligibility Criteria: Graduates/final year graduation students appearing for CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT

Full time graduation courses in any discipline from any college recognised by the AICTE or the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)

Consistent academic record of not less than 50% aggregate from 10 std onwards

Admission Procedure: Appear for CAT exam (CAT-2012) being conducted by Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) between October/November, 2012

Please email your CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT scores to admission@sdmimd.ac.in along with SDMIMD application number and name immediately after the results are announced

Selection Process: Applicants will be shortlisted based on consistent academic performance, competitive exam score and work experience as applicable

Short listed applicants will be called for personal interview between February/March, 2013 to be held at several centres across India

Selected students will be intimated by email/phone/mobile

Application Form: Application form can be obtained directly from the institute by paying Rs 1000/- by cash

Candidates who choose to download the application form must send a demand draft/multi city cheque for Rs 1000/- (Rs one thousand only) in favour of the Director, SDM Institute for Management Development payable at Mysore

Hope and jobs for students at Delhi University's job fair

New Delhi: At a time jobs are becoming scarce and pink slips the order of the day with the global meltdown, there is reason to cheer. Delhi University's newly-launched Central Placement Cell has provided jobs to at least 200 undergraduate students with major companies, including IT major Wipro, pharma giant Ranbaxy and BPO major Genpact. The first phase of recruitment took place between Dec 8 and 10 in which around 154 students got employment. The second phase, which began Jan 21 and ended on Tuesday, ensured jobs to 45 applicants, while 440 short-listed students are awaiting results of their applications. "Around 4,564 students from 48 colleges participated in this job fair in which around 200 students have been ensured good position in top companies. The response of the students was good," Seema M.
