Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required to study in most of English speaking countries. It is considered as the internationally accepted measure of academic proficiency of English. The test was conducted in 1964 for the first time. It is administered by Educational Testing Service (ETS) throughout the world. It is accepted by most of the universities of United States and some of the universities in United Kingdom. In total there are more than 6000 institutes spread over 110 countries that accept the TOEFL score. The required score ranges from 70-100.
