UPSC declares CDS II Examination Results
New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of the Combined Defence Services (CDS)-II Examination, 2008. The result has been declared on the basis of written examination conducted by the UPSC in September, 2008. 8276 candidates have been selected for being interviewed by the Service Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence. All these candidates have been selected for admission to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun; Naval Academy, Goa; Air Force Academy, Hyderabad and Officers' Training Academy (OTA), Chennai for men and Officers Training Academy (OTA) for women, Chennai, for 4th Short Service Commission (SSC) non-technical course.
