The Chemistry Department boasts some of the best laboratories and instrumentation in the UK with continious heavy investment and expansion in equipment, facilities and people. We typically take on 50-60 new M.Sc and PhD students each year across our graduate programmes. Graduate courses: Research Degrees in Chemistry: The Department welcomes applications from excellent candidates to carry out research leading to the award of PhD and MSc degrees.
