IGNOU launches Smart Move Internship program
New Delhi: With an aim to provide students an opportunity to 'Earn while they Learn', the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched a 'Smart Move Internship Program' to reach 10,000 students with an all India tie-up with Max New York Life Insurance Company. Speaking on the occasion Prof. V.N. Rajasekharan Pillai, Vice Chancellor of IGNOU said, "Today, one of the end objectives of most teaching learning transactions is gainful employment in areas of ones own choice and aptitude. IGNOU is acting as a dynamic interface by providing an interactive platform for corporate world on one hand and the learner population on the other side, to facilitate learning.
