MAHARASHTRA – NATIONAL LEGAL RESEARCH PAPER COMPETITION 2009 The Indian Law Society was established in 1923 as a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Societies Registration Act. The Indian Law Society established the Law College in 1924, which has since then established itself as a premier institute for legal studies in India. In 2004, the ILS Law College was accredited the A+ level by NAAC. Introduction: ILS Law College Annual National Legal Research Paper Competition 2009-10 is being organized in the memory of Mrs. Sushila Sharma. The Competition seeks to help the students of law to develop their research abilities and improve their writing skills. This year, the student can choose any of the four topics: Feminism and Federalism. Domicile as a basis for Quota in Educational Institutions: Constitutional Issues.
