PACIFIC WORLD – IPBA CONFERENCE 2010 – SINGAPORE PACIFIC WORLD – IPBA CONFERENCE 2010 – SINGAPORE Introduction : It is with great pleasure and excitement that I invite you to attend the 20th Annual Conference of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, to be held in Singapore between 2 to 5 May 2010. We have an exciting programme lined up for you and you will get to hear from prominent key note speakers opening our plenary session on “Climate Change and Legal Practice” – a topic aptly describing both the physical climate that we are experiencing and more so, metaphorically, the economic and financial climate changes that are taking place around the globe.
