TERI signs MoU with CERT-UAE
New Delhi: An agreement has been signed between The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) and the Center for Applied Research and Excellence (CERT) of the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), UAE (under the purview of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research). The agreement was signed by Dr. R.K. Pachauri, Director General, TERI and Chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and Dr. Tayeb Kamali, Vice-Chancellor of the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), UAE. The agreement paved the way for an extensive and wide-ranging partnership with the HCT's Center for Applied Research and Excellence (CERT) to further sustainable development in the UAE and across the MENA region.
