Journalism entrance conducted smoothly
Close to 2,000 students appeared for the Combined Journalism Entrance Test (CJET) for admission in Delhi University’s journalism course on Thursday. The exam was conducted smoothly across all its centres. Most students found the exam easy and straightforward. “The exam was very straightforward. The first section was objective, where we were asked about current affairs and general knowledge. The second section had subjective questions. Both sections were pretty simple,” said Ria Jethi, who appeared for the exam at Lady Shri Ram College. For the first time this year, the university conducted a common examination for the entrance for journalism. “There was enough time to complete the examination. For anyone who has been reading the newspapers for the last two years would have been able to attempt the first section easily.
