As France has traditionally been a favorite destination for higher education, there have also been several scholarship schemes in France to assist the students and scholars from diverse backgrounds. There are some scholarships in France that are only available for the French residents, but educational grants in France are also made available for foreign students by different organizations. Scholarship Policies of France: The French Government funds more than 20,000 students each year through its scholarships. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France has devised two types of Scholarship Programs to help both foreign as well as native French students to pursue their goals.
