IGNOU Offer's Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance (PGDICG)
Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance (PGDICG) aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to manage complex governance issues. In particular, learners will develop effective decision making skills, focus on strategic planning, sound financial and performance management and increased transparency and accountability in day to day operations. The programme has been developed in collaboration with Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as Knowledge Partner. Eligibility : Candidates having graduate degree with five years of relevant work experience are eligible for admission to this programme.
