Integrated MBA (Tech) (5 years): B.Tech + MBA Programme with specialization in Computer Science and Engineering
Integrated MBA (5 years): B.Tech + MBA Programme with specialization in Electronics and Communication Engineering
Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech Programme in Computer Science and Engineering (5 years)
Integrated B.Tech + M.Tech Programme in Electronics and Communication Engineering (5 years)
Eligibility: A pass in 10+2 examination of CBSE or its equivalent of any board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Computer Science / Biotechnology / Biology and adequate proficiency in English
Admission will be based on All India Rank (AIR) of JEE (Main)-2013/State level Engineering Entrance Test/MITS Engineering Entrance Test (MEET-2013)
Post Graduate Courses
M.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering) (2 years)
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA or an equivalent degree in related field with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English
M.Tech (Nano Science and Technology) (2 years)
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in M.E./Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical/ Computer Science and Engineering or M.Sc Physics/Chemistry (with Mathematics up to at least bachelor’s level) with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English
M.Tech (Signal Processing) (2 years)
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc or an equivalent degree in related field with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English
M.Tech (VLSI Design) (2 years)
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc or an equivalent degree in related field with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English
M.Tech (Nuclear Science and Technology) (2 years)
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/ Industrial/ Production/ Chemical/ Metallurgical Engineering/Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology or M.Sc Physics/ Electronics/ Chemistry with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English
In all the M.Tech programmes, final selection will be made on the basis of a written test and an interview
GATE qualified candidates will be preferred and are not required to appear for the written test
Integrated M.Tech (Nuclear Science and Technology (3 years)
Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Science with first division or 60% marks or equivalent grade having Physics and Mathematics as a subject for at least two years/four semesters
The candidates should have adequate proficiency in English
Final selection will be made on the basis of a written test and an interview
JAM (Physics)-2013 qualified candidates will be preferred and are not required to appear for the written test
MCA (3 years)
Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and Mathematics at least up to 10+2 level
Admission will be based on performance in MITS MCA entrance test (MMET-2013)/any state level entrance test
