Paramedical Courses Admission-2012

Application on prescribed form is invited for the following Paramedical courses starting from 01st September, 2012
Incomplete application will not be entertained

Paramedical Courses

B.Sc Med Tech Laboratory (23 seats)
B.Sc Med Tech Radiodiagnosis and Imaging with Stipend, B.Sc Med Tech Radiodiagnosis and Imaging without Stipend (15 seats) (3 years)
B.Sc Med Tech Radiotherapy (08 seats) (3 years)
B.Sc Med Tech Operation Theatre (04 seats) (3 years)
B.Sc Med Tech Perfusionist without stipend (02 seats) (3 years)
Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) (09 seats) (4 years)
Bachelor of Physical therapies (15 seats) (4½ years)
The number of seats mentioned above is subject to variation without prior notice
Age limit: Not more than 25 years and less than 17 years on 31st August, 2012 (those who born before 01st September, 1987 and after 31st August, 1995) are not eligible
Application Form: The candidate is required to download the Application Form/Challan form from the PGI website www.pgimer.nic.in
After depositing the fee with the branch of State Bank of India, the candidate shall send a PGI’s copy of the Challan with him/her for future use
The third copy of the Challan form will be retained by the State Bank of India
The Challan form is required to be filled up in the name of Director, PGIMER, Chandigarh (Examination) in the Power Jyoti Account Number 32211613319 and those candidates who have SBI account can also pay their fee through i-collect service of SBI
In the case the INB reference number will have to be mentioned instead of Challan number in the application form

The fees for General/OBC/OPH candidates is Rs 1000/- and for SC/ST Rs 800/-
The candidates should write his/her name, address, contact number and course name in which he/she apply, on the back side of Challan form
The candidates are required to submit only one application form for courses
The number of seats wherever indicated are provisional and may increase/decrease without any prior notice
Eligibility criteria may be checked at PGI website or in the prospectus

Important Dates

The prospectus/application form/challan form can be downloaded from the PGI website www.pgimer.nic.in from: 28th May, 2012
Last date for receipt of application form: 27th June, 2012, 04.00 p.m.
Tentative date for the examination is: 19th August, 2012
