PSN COLLEGE – 2ND ADVANCED MATERIALS NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2010 – TIRUNELVELI

PSN College of Engineering and Technology (PSNCET) was established by PSN Educational and Charitable Trust, Nagercoil in 2001. Dr. P. Suyambu, the Managing Trustee of the Trust and Founder-Chairman, PSN Institutions, started his career as a Scientist in BARC, Mumbai and walked through various technical fields for more than three decades.

Introduction: The conference is aimed at bringing together the scientific and technical community to share their knowledge in the recent trends on the processing, characterization and application of advanced materials. Eminent persons in the respective fields share their experience and knowledge with the participants, which in turn are expected to promote research activities in these advanced materials. The conference will be extremely useful in the sense that it will be attended by chemists, physicists and engineers making it truly interdisciplinary research on preparation, structure and other properties in the macro to nano scale and their application in the medicine, automotive, chemical, electronics and electrical engineering.
The conference will cover all aspects relating to the material processing/preparation, characterization techniques involved and application areas. It is decided to give the audience the best out of the conference and make them to initiate research activities in their parent institution. It is aimed to provide the participants a complete knowledge in the areas to be covered by the proposed conference and make them instrumental in pursuing quality research. This is expected to attract more number of researchers towards the scientific side and extending their findings towards the technical side.
