MD / MS / MDS / Diploma Medical Admission 2013

The eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application form to the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi for admission to MD/MS/MDS/Diploma courses session-2013 under 50% DU quota

Application Form: The bulletin of information along with prescribed application form shall be available from 15th January, 2013 to 12th February, 2013 from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, VP Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007

The price of bulletin of information along with prescribed application form General/OBC category by hand/in person against bank draft in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, Delhi of Rs 1,500/- and by post Rs 1,550/-; SC/ST category by hand/in person against bank draft in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, Delhi of Rs 1,000/- and by post Rs 1,050/-

Money in cash will not be accepted in any case

The candidates may download the prescribed application form from the website of the University www.du.ac.in, www.fmsc.ac.in and submit the same along with prescribed fee in the form of bank draft in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, Delhi (General/OBC Rs 1,500/-; SC/ST Rs 1,000/-)

The candidates are required to submit self-attested copies of the required documents along with prescribed application form

Sale of bulletin of information by post from: 15th January, 2013 to 31st January, 2013

Last date for sale and submission of application form: 12th February, 2013

No application form will be accepted after 12th February, 2013
