However, the expansion has not been uniform throughout. Patches of excellence in ICT in the area of administration and examinations need to be enlarged in the emerging context both quantitatively and qualitatively which could facilitate the working process. University human resource management needs to be automated that could provide elements to simplify, improve and expedite the organization of their activities. Exchange of information, management of administrative records, handling of numerical data, meetings, planning and organization of work schedule now require latest technological support for their effective implementation.
