IGTC’s flagship program is the 18-months, full-time Post Graduate Program in Business Administration based on the famed German Dual System – integrating six months of hands-on practical training in a collaborating member company with one year of theoretical learning at the Training Centre. Several IGCC member companies regularly partner with IGTC to accept trainees who could be groomed to meet the company’s requirements for future managerial talent. IGTC facilitates the selection process and based on preference of collaborating companies, admits an exclusive class of students to the IGTC program.
