Post Graduate Diploma Admission 2013
Admission to 1½ year Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (Co-Education) Course for the academic year 2013-14
Eligibility: At least bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university
Seat: 30
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be made in order of merit ascertained on the basis of weightage on academic results, sports background and written test
Fees: Rs 20,000/- (Rs twenty thousand only) to be deposited at the time of admission
Admission Test: List of applicants called for admission tests (written) will be put up on the notice board in front of the office of the Dean and Secretary, Faculty of Arts (ground Floor, UG Arts Building) on 25th January, 2013, 04.00 p.m.
Separate call cards will not be issued to individual candidates
No candidate will be considered for admission unless he/she appears at the interview after the admission test
Date of written test is 06th February, 2013, 12.00 Noon
All original marksheets and certificates including SC/ST certificates will be verified after the written test is over
Candidates are required to bring one recent passport size photograph, all original marksheets and certificates, admit card/certificate of the school leaving examination for age verification
No certificate submitted after the last date of submission of form will be considered
Any candidate who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria will not be considered for admission, even if he/she appears at the admission test and interview and also if he/she is provisionally selected for admission
Candidates will be required to bring the following at the time of admission; 03 (three) recent passport size photographs; all original marksheets, certificates of Madhyamik or equivalent examination/admit card (for age verification), SC/ST certificates from competent authorities; no objection certificate must be submitted from the appointing authority/Head of the Institution stating designation, date of joining, scale of pay, present salary; a fee book obtainable from the university information counter (Aurobindo Building); family income certificate
The forms will be received at the Office of the Dean and Secretary (UG Arts Building), Faculty of Arts, Jadavpur University Campus (Gate No-4), Kolkata-700032
