Diploma Courses Programme Admissions-2012

The applications are invited in prescribed form for admission to the following Job Oriented Trade Diploma Courses in Hotel Management
Diploma Courses: Food Production, Front Office Operation, Food and Beverage Service, House Keeping
Duration: All trade diploma courses are of one and half year (1½ years) duration including six months Industrial Training in Hotels
Eligibility: 12th pass of 10+2 system
Age Limit: Not more than 25 years as on 01st July, 2012, 5 years of relaxation in case of SC/ST/Women/ Disabled Candidate
Reservation: Reservation will be as per the policy of Govt of Rajasthan
10 seats in each trade are reserved for ST candidates of tribal sub plan area, Udaipur; educational expenses will be borne by the Dept of Tribal Area Development
In addition 1 seat only is reserved for the students of J&K and 3% seats is reserved for disabled person
Placement: 100% placements achieved in previous years in various star category hotels, The Oberois, The Taj Group, Le Meridian, Radisson, Intercontinental Hotels, Clarks, Sayaji Hotels, The Trident, Boutique Hotels, Cama Rajputana, etc
The Institute has boys hostel within the Institute premises
Application Form: Admission forms may be obtained from Food Craft Institute on payment of Rs 400/- by cash or Rs 450/-through demand draft by post and for ST/SC student the cost of form is Rs 200/- by cash or Rs 250/- through demand draft by post in favour of Principal, Food Craft Institute, payable at Udaipur or may be downloaded from our Institute’s website www.foodcraftinstituteudarpur.com along with demand draft of Rs 400/- for General and Rs 200/- for ST/SC candidate without which it shall be treated as invalid
Last date for receipt of application form is 25th June, 2012
