IPU to revamp admissions this year
Admissions for the next academic session will begin early at the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) to prevent it from dragging on even after classes begin. The admission process at the University had gone on till October this year for the academic session which officially began on August 2.
“The administration plans to start the process in early January, with a view of wrapping it up by July-end, the University Vice Chancellor Dr D K Bandhopadhyay said.
The admissions for the University’s MBA programme will begin this week, with the brochures set to be released on December 4 . IPU also has plans to limit the number of entrance exam centres outside Delhi as a measure to stem delays, the VC added.
