IMT – ORGRANIZATION DEVELOPMENT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2010 – GHAZIABAD

Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India, takes pleasure in inviting you to contribute papers and participate in International Conference on Organization Development (ICOD, 2011). The ICOD 2011 will a platform for academic thinkers and practitioners across the globe to share, discuss and develop knowledge base necessary for helping organizations to change and develop themselves for business excellence. The conference shall discuss and deliberate upon how to design and implement organization development interventions strategies benefiting corporations across geographical and political boundaries. This conference is a platform to help academics, researchers, policy makers, managers and entrepreneurs, working in business, to disseminate information and to learn from each other’s work.

Call For Papers : The ICOD 2011 invites contributions in the form of original research-based work in the various areas of organization change and development. These themes are majorly bracketed into four tracks but they are indicative only and contributors are encouraged to build up their work from real world situations around the broad gamut of the main/sub themes

Guidelines for Paper Submission: All papers submitted for the ICOD 2011 will go through double-blind review process. The authors should note the following:

Papers should not be of more than 5000 words in length. A title of not more than Twelve words should be provided. A brief autobiographical note should be include, Full name Affiliation Full international contact details, E-mail address Brief professional biography. Authors must supply a structured abstract set out under 4-7 sub-headings : Purpose (mandatory)

Design/methodology/approach (mandatory) / Findings (mandatory) / Research limitations/implications (mandatory) / Practical implications (if applicable) / Social implications (if applicable) / Originality/value (mandatory). Heading(s) must be short, with a clear indication of the distinction between the hierarchy of headings. The preferred format is for headings to be presented in bold format, with consecutive numbering. Notes or Endnotes should be used only if absolutely necessary and must be identified in the text by consecutive numbers, enclosed in square brackets and listed at the end of the article. All Figures (charts, diagrams and line drawings) and Plates (photographic images) should be submitted in both electronic form and as hard copy in originals. They should be of clear quality, in black and white and numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals.

No TA/DA will be paid to any delegate who presents the paper in the conference.
