Objective: The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (CRM) aims to:
Impart fundamental management skills as well as in depth knowledge in specialized areas of business management. Offer super specialization in the area of Marketing, in the form of CRM. Prepare for managing customer operations for financial services, banks, telecom, airlines, hotels, pharmaceuticals, health care, retailing etc.
Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (10+2+3) in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Indian or Foreign University. Candidates in their final year of the Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply, subject to meeting eligibility criteria and submitting proof latest by October 31, 2010.

Admission Procedure: Apeejay School of Management considers CAT score for its PGDM programme and CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT scores for admission to its specialized PGDM programmes: PGDM–CRM and PGDM-IB. The admissions are based on the following parameters:
1. Graduation / Post Graduation degree percentage
2. CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT admission test score
3. Group Discussion and Personal Interview performance

Application Procedure: The aspiring candidates are required to submit the Application Forms duly filled to the Admissions Office by the stipulated date.
