NDTV – BROADCAST JOURNALISM TRAINING PROGRAMME 2010 – NEW DELHI

NDTV announces a post-graduate career programme – The NDTV Broadcast Training Programme. NDTV, India’s most dynamic media house with 21 years of television experience, opens its knowledge resources to train the next generation of television journalists and create a valuable broadcast resource.

Planned as an intensive, hands-on curriculum, the Programme is based on Experiential Learning. The Programme has a challenging selection process and is designed to equip apprentices with sharp professional skills, leadership qualities and survival strategies to excel in the media business. Based on constant interaction with an experienced NDTV team, the Programme is structured as an apprenticeship. Do it to learn how it’s done.

Duration: The 10-month Journalism Training Programme is a valuable opportunity for graduates to learn from the pioneers in the industry and enter this exciting domain with a professional edge.
Eligibility: The course is open to graduates from any field (under the age of 28), who are keen to pursue a career in Broadcast Journalism. Academic and extra-curricular achievements will be valued in the selection process.

The form is not available at any of the other offices/bureaus of NDTV. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for an audio-visual test and an interview.Both batches (April 2010 and August 2010) will be selected concurrently. You may state your preference in the form or at the interview.
