Qualifications:

He / She can either enroll in an MD course of three- years duration or the DPM course, a diploma course in psychiatry of two years duration depending upon the rank secured in the entrance examination. Besides, one can also join the DNB course organized by the National Board of Examinations which is equivalent to an MD.
